I have enjoyed being with Sunshine Care and Companion. They not only provide fantastic care for individuals that they serve, they also listen to and care for their staff. I am really impressed with the owners of this company. I do not feel like just a number but I feel loved and cared for by the caregivers and the team comes and checks in to see how I and the caregiver are doing.

I appreciate all the help that I have received from the caregivers. I was able to focus on my recovery while the caregiver assisted me with; house cleaning, driving me to the doctor's appointments, meal preparations and showers. I loved that they were kind enough to help me with my dog. I am truly grateful for Sunshine Care and Companion and their team. The owners are very kind. I highly recommend them 100%.

My experience with Sunshine Care and Companion has been refreshing after all the frustrations I experienced with caregivers and trying to manage the schedule and recruiting for my mom. We have been with the company for a couple of months now and so far so good. Every time I have stopped to check on my mom, I find all is well, they assist her with laundry, meal preparations, light house cleaning, oh and they remind her to take her medications.

Sunshine Care and Companion came into my life at the time I was not well, the thought of me having to assist my mom with cleaning, toileting and all that comes with it was a hard one for me. I couldn't expect my wife to do all of it either as she had a full time job. Having to care for myself, battling cancer and having to worry about my mother , it was a lot. Having the team was everything, the owner met my wife and I initially and we felt good about it, and then invited them to visit at our home with my wife and mother. Whenever the owner got there, my wife was changing my mother and Ms. Zhie offered to assist. She greeted mother and asked her if she could assist her and she gladly said yes. could not resist her warm smile, after visiting and all we hired Sunshine Care and Companion. The team served my mother for almost a year before she went home to be with the Lord.

Our family wants to thank Ms. Zhie and her Sunshine care team. The caregivers were really attentive to my mother’s needs. The house always smelled nice and it made my mother feel at home. The caregiver was really patient and kind. I am so glad that my family and I decided to bring mom to the care home. It was the best choice we made. Sunshine Care and Companion made a big impact on not only our loved one, but the family as well. We were not sure on what steps to take and or how to reach out to people about a care home or hospice. Ms, Zhie really helped us understand more about the care plan for our grandmother. We were able to see her room before and meet and greet with the caregiver. It made us feel confident about our decision and are truly happy for the guidance.

I am truly blessed to have met Mrs. Zhie. I had a fall and my world changed. I went from doing my own driving and cooking to needing full assistance. When I met with Ms. Zhie made me feel like I could still live my best life, but with minor limitations. I was scared and nervous to start this process of having someone live with me and help me with all my needs. Whenever I had questions about my care plan or even get information about home health, ms. Zhie guided me every step of the way. Not only did her team care for me, but they loved and cared for my wonderful dog. They understood that he is part of my family and it was important for me to be sure he was okay. Yes, my life changed, but having these wonderful people makes me feel motivated and loved.

We are here to bring you sunshine “ was the first thing I heard when meeting Ms. Zhie. It was wonderful to see someone that was so happy and had so much passion to serve others. As I began to share the story of my grandfather I could tell that she actually cared and was listening attentively. My grandfather had dementiaS and we didn’t really understand what was happening to him. With the help of his doctor and guidance from ms. zhie and her team, we were able to learn about the disease. Not only did she take the time to sit with us and go over the information, but she also guided us to other resources. We are so thankful that words can’t cover it. We were able to have a better relationship with our grandfather and join his life journey. We were really blessed to have had the opportunity to spend the last few months with him.
